“Esther came onto the BID Initiative in mid-July of 2014. She has done an incredible job supporting Dr. Mwanyika and the entire Tanzania-based BID team. She does an amazing job coordinating travel, putting together meeting logistics, and providing additional support to Shamte. She is someone who is always willing to help, go the extra mile, and have a positive attitude along the way. We are truly blessed to have her on the BID team! – Kelly Fallt, Senior Program Assistant, Seattle
