BLN Discussion Meeting Report, 19-22 September 2017

The BID Learning Network hosted a discussion meeting in Lusaka, Zambia, from September 19 to 22, 2017. This report is a record of the proceedings of the meeting that took place in Lusaka. It highlights the discussions around strategies and approaches to improving data, quality, and use among participating countries and includes highlights around the progress made in BID demonstration countries (Tanzania and Zambia), the successes and challenges they have had, and the way forward. The meeting also brainstormed and made recommendations on the continuity and sustainability of the BLN after its first round of support from the Gates Foundation.
