Jason with his wife Emily and son Sebastian.
When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time? Sudoku
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? Successfully solve a Rubik’s Cube
If you could choose anyone, who would you pick as your mentor? John Muir
What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity? Mountain climbing
What was the last experience that made you a stronger person? Hearing my 17-month old son say “Mama” for the first time last week. (NOTE: he was previously calling his mom, “Dada”)
“Jason has been an integral part of the BID Initiative team throughout Phase 0 and now over the past year as we’ve built the in-country teams and begun developing and testing interventions. He brings a wealth of experience from his time living in South Sudan and Tanzania, and working for other international NGOs, and has proven to be a strong resource for the BID Initiative overall. He’s always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure work is done well. They’ve got a new baby due in June too, so congratulations Jason and Emily!” Laurie Werner, Deputy Director, BID Initiative
Check back next week to meet another BID Initiative team member!
