BID Learning Network Design Collaborative Meeting – Uganda
The BID Initiative invites BID Learning Network (BLN) country partners to join our next Design Collaborative Meeting from the 2nd – 4th of November, in Kampala, Uganda. The meeting will bring together multiple African countries from West, East, and Southern Africa to:
1. Explore the methodologies behind change management and how to transform behaviors and organizational cultures.
2. Learn from participating countries and the BID Initiative as to what has demonstrated success and overcome challenges in implementing change.
3. Identify and discuss practical tools and strategies to facilitate change management.
