The BID Initiative team works across three countries in the United States, Tanzania and Zambia. This week, we learn more about Robert Kindoli, M&E Lead in Tanzania.
If you could learn to do anything, what would it be? Playing golf
What chore do you absolutely hate doing? Washing dishes 🙂
What is one of your favorite quotes? Do your best and let God do the rest ~Ben Carson
What was the last experience that made you a stronger person? Being a father for the first time.
Who is your hero? Julius Kambarage Nyerere – A man who is influential in setting up a history of Tanzania as a nation.
“It has been a pleasure working with Robert since he joined the BID team 7 months ago, when he immediately began applying his monitoring and evaluation expertise. He has shown great skill in developing baseline data collection tools and training materials, navigating our relationship with the external evaluators, and always contributing great insights to our M&E plans. Recently, he has been working tirelessly to prepare to train new staff and begin baseline data collection in Arusha, managing many tasks at once and staying late at the office to coordinate with Seattle. We greatly appreciate his dedication and know that the success of our M&E efforts in Tanzania will be due to all the hard work Robert has contributed to BID!” Emily Carnahan, M&E Lead- Seattle
Check back next week to meet another BID Initiative team member!
