What is your role on BID? My role is to help with the implementation of the electronic immunization registry system in Zambia.

What’s your favorite indoor/outdoor activity?  I enjoy watching mystery and romance movies.

What is one of your favorite quotes? “A year from now you will wish you had started today”- Karen Lamb.

What was the last experience that made you a stronger person?  Motherhood.

What do you like most about your job? This being my first experience in healthcare IT, I enjoy the fact that I learn something new every day. Being non-clinical in the medical world – there is always something cool I didn’t know about. Also, I love the fact that whenever I go to the facilities, I am able to actually see the impact of my work from another’s perspectives.

What is your favorite food? Nshima with fried fish and pumpkin leaves.

“Namupu has only been with the team for just more than a month but demonstrates good leadership and attitude already. I have confidence she is a great addition to the team and an excellent leader.”- Jacob Siwiti, Senior Business Analyst, Zambia
